The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Training Program is a FEMA-developed course designed to educate individuals in disaster preparedness and equip them with the skills needed to assist during emergencies. Delivered through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on training, participants gain practical knowledge to safely support their communities during incidents when professional responders may be delayed. All Hands Fire can provide individual sessions or the full CERT program, either at their training center in Neptune City, NJ or on-site within your community, with customizable delivery to meet local needs and resources.
All individual skill modules can be delivered as stand-alone training sessions, giving departments the flexibility to tailor training to their specific operational needs, staffing levels, and scheduling constraints. Whether used to reinforce core competencies, address identified gaps, or provide focused skill development, each module can be scheduled independently and delivered on-site to align with your department’s availability and training objectives.
