Don Colarusso, President and Founder of All Hands Fire Equipment, has been a firefighter since 1987. He has served in many capacities, including as a fire officer for over twenty years - six years as a chief officer. In addition, he has served as a fire company president, fire department training officer, fire inspector, county assistant fire coordinator, fire investigator and deputy forest firewarden. Today, he continues to serve in an urban fire department and is also the co-founder and team leader of his town's technical rescue team.

COMPANY MILESTONES

• 2007

  To accommodate continued growth, All Hands Fire Equipment relocated to a larger facility at 506 Atkins Avenue in Neptune Township. The new location offered an expanded showroom, three offices, dedicated shipping space, and additional storage capacity.

  The Atkins Avenue facility served as the company's home for the next seven years. During that time, All Hands Fire Equipment experienced substantial growth, broadening both its product offerings and customer base. As the business continued to expand, the leadership team recognized the need for a long-term facility that could better serve its evolving operations and diverse clientele.

• 2011

  All Hands Fire Equipment significantly expanded its training division. Instructors from the FDNY, major metropolitan fire departments, suburban and rural departments, and fire academies were brought in to deliver specialized training programs. Courses were developed to cover a wide range of topics, including programs aligned with NFPA and OSHA standards, manufacturer best practices, and other recognized industry standards. This expansion further strengthened the company's commitment to firefighter education and professional development.

• 2014 - Present

  All Hands Fire Equipment relocated to its current headquarters at 7 Third Avenue in Neptune City, New Jersey. The 6,000-square-foot facility provides a significantly larger showroom, expanded warehouse and shipping capabilities, and additional office space. The new location also enabled the company to establish a dedicated classroom and hands-on Training Center to support its growing training programs. An expanded showroom offers customers access to a broader selection of quality equipment and gear.
